Minister for the Marine (Mr. Wilson): Legal responsibility for Howth harbour was assumed by my Department on 1 January 1990. Proposals for the use of the old yacht club premises have been formulated and their consideration is at [663] an advanced stage. I expect to make a decision on the matter shortly.
