69. Mr. Browne (Wexford) asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange an emergency driving test for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford who can secure a job if he obtains a driving licence.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): During the past two months, the person in question failed two driving tests in respect of a heavy goods vehicle. He applied for a further test on 10 November and the test will be arranged as soon as possible.
