232. Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health the agency which is accepting responsibility for any outstanding liabilities of the North Infirmary Hospital, Cork, which is now closed; and the name of the insurers of the North Infirmary on 6-7 June 1987.

Minister for Health (Dr. O'Hanlon): The trustees of the North Infirmary are responsible for any outstanding liabilities and the Deputy should contact them in relation to the names of the insurers on the dates in question.
