Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Defence when an Army disability pension will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. Minister for Defence (Mr. Lenihan) Minister for Defence (Mr. Lenihan) Minister for Defence (Mr. Lenihan): The person referred to has applied for a disability pension under the Army Pensions Acts in respect of disablement due to injury. His case has been referred to the Army Pensions Board which is the statutory body for reporting on such applications. He is due to be medically examined by the board later this month.
