Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when he will inspect an area (details supplied) in County Clare with regard to payment of headage grants. Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a full headage payment for the year 1988 will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Clare. He has not produced satisfactory evidence of his off-farm earnings (which he failed to declare on his application form) but when he does so his applications will be considered further.
