Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. V. Brady): It is proposed that in the debate on the motion for the Adjournment under Standing Order 30 the following arrangements shall apply: speakers shall not exceed 20 minutes; the Minister for Industry and Commerce shall be called on not later than 6.40 p.m. and the debate shall be brought to a conclusion not later than 7 p.m.
