[1685] 143. Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for the Environment the present position regarding the application from Irishtown/Woodstock group water scheme, County Mayo for approval for an augmentation scheme.

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment (Mr. Connolly): The preliminary report and drawings received from the group's consulting engineer in respect of the augmentation of the group scheme have been forwarded for approval to Mayo County Council prior to consideration of a grant allocation.
