139. Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Education the funds which are available in 1989 for the commencement of new building projects in each of the sectors (a) primary, (b) post-primary and (c) third level.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): The capital provisions for my Department's building programmes at first, second and third level are allocated on a global basis for each sector and at this stage the allocations are not apportioned to specific projects.
