77. Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make arrangements for immediate payment of a new house grant to persons (details supplied) in County Clare.

78. Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in the payment of a new house grant and mortgage subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Louth; and when payment will now be made.

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment (Mr. Connolly): When the applicant notifies my Department that all outstanding works on the house have been completed an inspection will be arranged with a view to approval and payment of the grant and mortgage subsidy.
