Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding proposals approved by County Kerry Vocational Education Committee for the construction of a turnabout for school transport facilities at the new Castleisland vocational school; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Education (Mrs. O'Rourke): My Department has not as of now received any formal request from County Kerry Vocational Education Committee in relation to the turnabout in question. I will give careful consideration to such a proposal when it is received.
