Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in sheep headage payments to County Donegal farmers; the number of farmers in County Donegal eligible under the scheme; and when he expects payment to be made. Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a farm development scheme grant of £2,235 will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford.
