143. Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for the Environment the amounts paid in interest on loans from banks and other financial institutions by semi-State bodies under the aegis of his Department in the years 1983 to 1986 inclusive.

Premia paid to holders of index-linked bonds issued by the Agency are not included in the table.
