34. Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Finance when publication of the next Index to the Statutory Instruments will be published as the last such index published covered the period 1975-79.

Minister for Finance (Mr. MacSharry): It is expected that the next Index to the Statutory Instruments, covering the years 1980-86 inclusive which is being prepared by the Statute Law Reform and Consolidation Office will be published later this year.
