[329] 59. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if he will expedite a land registry dealing for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for Justice (Mr. Collins): I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration was completed in this case, and the relevant solicitors notified accordingly, on 19 May 1987. There was no undue delay in the Land Registry.
