73. Mr. J. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment whether he will now issue approval for the proposed extensions to Clonakilty sewerage scheme County Cork and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Flynn): Proposals for a number of separate extensions to the Clonakilty sewerage scheme, which is at present in progress, have been submitted to my Department by Clonakilty Urban District Council and Cork (West) County Council. The proposals are under consideration at present and I expect to issue a decision shortly.
