143. Mr. Noonan (Limerick West) asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason a grant under the feed voucher scheme was not paid to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Deasy): The person concerned did not qualify for aid as he was assessed as having in excess of 75 per cent of his fodder requirements on the basis of the information declared by him on his application form.
