78. Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance when a tax rebate will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford.

Minister for Finance (Mr. J. Bruton): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund of tax arising out of the taxpayer's claim for additional child allowance for the year 1985-86 was included in the taxpayer's pay on 9 December 1985. There is no further refund due in this case.
