Mr. Cowen asked the Minister for the Environment if, in view of Deputy Cowens' previous representations on the matter, he will arrange for a reinspection to be carried out immediately for a dwelling house of a person (details supplied) in County Offaly who has applied for a house improvement grant, as the cost of work to be carried out is £7,000 and a grant of only £1,700 is being approved.
