79. Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for the Environment when he will sanction the provision of moneys for the Kells-Oldcastle, County Meath, second stage water supply scheme.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Kavanagh): Revised contract documents for the Kells-Oldcastle water supply [80] scheme Stage 2 were received in my Department on 17 December 1985 and are being examined. I hope to be able to give a decision in this case at an early date.
