Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes) Alan Dukes
Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): An application on behalf of the Iveragh Livestock Producers Co-operative for grant assistance from the western development fund was made to the central development committee in January 1985. Having considered the application, the committee recommended that it would not be appropriate to pay a grant and the promoters were notified accordingly. It is not the practice of the committee to disclose details of their deliberations on which decisions are based.
