127. Mr. Gregory-Independent asked the Minister for Health if a person [1690] (details supplied) in Dublin 7 is entitled to a disabled person's maintenance allowance.

Minister for Health (Mr. B. Desmond): An application for a disabled person's maintenance allowance from the person in question was only received by the Eastern Health Board on 31 May 1985. The application is at present being processed and a decision on the case is expected shortly.
