43. Mr. L. T. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Environment when an inspector will carry out an inspection for essential repairs on a dwelling (details supplied) which has been purchased from Dún Laoghaire Corporation.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Kavanagh): The necessary inspection has now been carried out and, based on the inspector's report, I will make a determination as soon as possible in relation to the structural condition of the dwelling.
