89. Mr. O'Dea asked the Minister for Finance when the Limerick income tax office will pay the rebate due to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a review of the taxpayer's [1011] liability for 1984-85 was recently completed and a cheque in settlement of the balance of the refund due for that year will be issued as quickly as possible.
