469. Mr. G. Collins asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in payment of a mortgage interest subsidy to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; and if he is aware that all the relevant forms have been with his Department for over a month.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Kavanagh): There has been no undue delay in my Department in dealing with this case. This applicant was paid an instalment of the mortgage subsidy on 31 January 1985.
