475. Mr. Coughlan asked the Minister for Finance when a refund of income tax due will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer's liability for the year 1983-84 was reviewed on 14 May 1984 and an over-payment arose. A cheque in settlement was issued to the taxpayer at the address supplied on 22 May 1984.
