454. Mr. Mac Giolla asked the Taoiseach the reason Ireland did not participate in the EEC Labour Force Survey for 1982; and if we will be participating this year.

The Taoiseach: There was not an EEC Labour Force Survey in 1982. There was, however, full participation in the 1983 EEC Labour Force Survey and also in this year's survey, the fieldwork for which has just been completed.
