Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Communications the allocation of finance to each harbour authority over the past ten years; the purpose for which [720] such funds were allocated; the number of harbour authorities that have made applications for funds; who they are; and the purpose for which the funds are required.

Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Communications the amount of money allocated in capital grants to each harbour authority over the last ten years for the purpose of reconstruction and new port facilities; and if he will state the purposes for which Government funds were allocated to each port authority.
