678. Mr. Kitt asked the Minister for Agriculture the cost of vaccine, tuberculin, etc. used in the disease eradication scheme over the last five years.

Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Deasy): The cost of vaccine and tuberculin used in the disease eradication schemes in the period 1979 to 1983 was £367,000 and £3,109,000 respectively.
