Mr. De Rossa asked the Minister for Industry, Trade, Commerce and Tourism the number of applications that have been made to him for licences to export (a) electrical goods and apparatus and parts thereof, (b) electronic and precision instruments and parts thereof, and (c) scientific instruments and apparatus (including high speed cameras) and parts thereof, in each year from 1980 to date; the number of applications that were refused; the country in respect of which each refusal was made; the equipment concerned; and the grounds for the refusal in each case.
