Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. Barrett, Dún Laoghaire) Nuala Fennell Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. Barrett, Dún Laoghaire): By agreement it is proposed that, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and the order made this morning, statements in relation to the First Report of the Select Committee on Crime, Lawlessness and Vandalism may be made to day subject to (1) the statement of the opening speaker who shall be Deputy Woods shall not exceed 15 minutes; (2) the statement of each subsequent speaker with the exception of the Minister for Justice shall not exceed seven minutes; (3) the Minister for Justice shall be called to speak at 4.45 p.m. Mr. V.
