Minister for Education (Mrs. Hussey): My Department have been in communication with a firm of solicitors, on behalf of a client who wishes to purchase the property, and it is hoped to be in a position to convey a decision in the matter in [2455] the near future. I am not in a position to offer further observations in relation to it at this stage.
