Mrs. O'Rourke asked the Minister for Education if she will, following the Taoiseach's Dáil statement on the matter, confirm that a Garda inquiry will take place to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the leaking of highly confidential and important detailed documents from her Department; and if so, when a report will be issued.
