361. Mr. Gene Fitzgerald asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs the public relations or public affairs contracts that have been placed by him or his Department in the past year; the names of the companies or individuals concerned; the fees applicable; and their conditions.

Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. J. Mitchell): Since 1 June 1979, two firms have been contracted to provide a public relations service for the Department of Posts and Telegraphs.

Details of the contracts involved are as follows:
