[2098] 114. Mr. J. Leonard asked the Minister for Education if she has noted the published details of Northern Ireland's local enterprise and development unit's “student enterprise scheme”, and whether she proposes to implement a scheme along the same lines here.

Minister for Education (Mrs. Hussey): I am aware of the Student Enterprise 1983 Scheme in Northern Ireland. It would not be a matter for the Department of Education to promote a similar scheme.
