253. Mr. P. Gallagher asked the Minister for the Environment when a mortgage subsidy will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring) Dick Spring

Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring): The first and second instalments of the mortgage subsidy were paid on 3 November 1982 and 1 February 1983 respectively. The third instalment will be paid when the person named submits a claim form, completed and certified by his lending agency.
