376. Mr. P. Gallagher asked the Minister for Finance when a tax-free allowance certificate will be issued to a person (details supplied) in County Donegal.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that, according to their records, a certificate of tax-free allowances for the current year, 1983-84, was issued to the taxpayer on 14 March 1983.
