518. Mr. McEllistrim asked the Minister for Finance if the scanners installed for security reasons in Leinster House are working effectively; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

[2339] Minister for Finance (Mr. Dukes): The scanning cameras installed at Leinster House are in working order. The operation of the security system at Leinster House is a matter for the House authorities and I am not in a position to comment on the matter.
