Mr. Gregory-Independent Mr. Gregory-Independent
 222. Mr. Gregory-Independent asked the Minister for the Environment the action he intends to take to ensure that adequate sanitary and other essential services are provided at the Cara park site for travelling people in Dublin.
Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring) Dick Spring
Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring): The provision of services at Cara Park halting site is a matter for the local authority. I understand from Dublin Corporation that considerable malicious damage was caused last year to the sanitary facilities at the site. The corporation have informed me that repairs to these facilities and the restoration of the electricity supply are in progress and that it is hoped to have work completed shortly.
