Mitchell asked the Minister for Health the steps that are open to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who had jewellery stolen while attending a hospital; further to representation made by Deputy Mitchell if he will now make every effort to ensure the matter is satisfactorily resolved and that the person is adequately compensated. I understand that this matter is the subject of correspondence between the solicitors of the person concerned and the hospital authorities.
