Mr. Daly asked the Minister for the Environment when a reconstruction grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Clare. Mr. Daly Mr. Daly 573. Mr. Daly asked the Minister for the Environment when reconstruction grants will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Clare. Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring) Dick Spring Minister for the Environment (Mr. Spring): A house improvement grant of £200 was paid to the person named for the provision of sewerage facilities on 12 November 1982. Grants are not allowable in this case in respect of the installation of a water supply as this work formed part of a group scheme or for the provision of additional bedroom accommodation because the work had commenced prior to the Department's inspector's visit. The applicant's entitlement to a grant for bathroom facilities is being investigated and he will be informed of the outcome as soon as possible. Mr. Reynolds Mr. Reynolds 574. Mr. Reynolds asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Longford as all relevant papers requested were signed and furnished and the house completed on 14 May 1981.
