Minister of State at the Department of the Taoiseach (Mr. Barrett, Dún Laoghaire): I move:

(1) That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 126 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Committee of Public Accounts be appointed;

(2) That the Appropriation Accounts, with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the year ended 31st December, 1979 and the Minutes of Evidence taken before the Committees of Public Accounts appointed on 16 December, 1980, 26 January, 1982 and 3 June, 1982 be referred to the Committee for examination and report; and

(3) That, notwithstanding Standing Order 126, the Appropriation Accounts with the Reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General for the years ended 31st December, 1980 and 31st December, 1981 be referred to the Committee for examination and report.
