Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay a heifer subsidy scheme grant which is owed for 1982 to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will arrange to pay a farm modernisation scheme grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny as the grant is owed for some time. The lowering of the invert level of a county council bridge may also be necessary. Investigation of the scheme cannot proceed until the applicant has secured the necessary permissions.
