265. Mr. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in completing the extension to the national school at Innishannon, County Cork; and if he will take steps to ensure that the work is completed immediately.

Minister for Finance (Mr. MacSharry): The works at this school were scheduled for completion in November 1982 but it now seems likely that they will not be completed until January 1983. Some delay experienced in arranging the electrical and heating sub-contracts has now been overcome.
