[1670] 724. Mr. Fleming asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be restored to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7 who has been without service for some time now.

725. Mr. Fleming asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs when a telephone service will be provided for a person (details supplied) in Dublin 7 who applied some time ago.

Minister for Posts and Telegraphs (Mr. Wilson): The fault, which is in the underground cable, will be repaired within the next few days. Because of the number of such faults, which require attention by specially trained staff, I regret that there has been delay in repairing them.
