401. Mr. Carey asked the Minister for Agriculture if he will set up computer points in the county offices in which severely handicapped grant applications are processed to help expedite the payment of EEC funds.

Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Lenihan): Because of the costs and technical problems involved, I do not intend to set up computer points in the county offices at present. The matter will, however, be kept under review.
