Minister for Trade, Commerce and Tourism (Mr. O'Malley): I move:

That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 105 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Companies (Amendment) Bill, 1981, which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 27th January, 1982 be restored to the Order Paper.
