674. Mr. V. Brady asked the Minister for Finance if he is aware of the present inadequacy of toilet and washing facilities on the 2nd Floor, Old Leinster House where only two cubicle type toilets are available for approximately 25 Deputies, 13 members of the Press and the general staff, and of the condition of existing facilities which are below normal acceptable standards; and the steps he proposes to take to remedy this position.

Minister for Finance (Mr. Bruton): I am aware that the present toilet and washing facilities on the second floor of Old Leinster House are not ideal. [1475] Arrangements are being made to have improvements carried out in 1982.
