Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs why Waterford was not included in the new Expresspost service; and when it is expected that such a service will be provided. Mr. Harte Mr. Harte 1089 Mr. Harte: The new Expresspost service is being introduced on an experimental basis in and between Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway where existing inter-city transport facilities are particularly suitable for the service. Consideration will be given to extending the service [1089] to Waterford and other large centres in the light of the experience gained when the service is introduced. Mr. Deasy Mr. Deasy Mr. Deasy: Has the service been a success? Mr. Harte Mr. Harte Mr. Harte: The service is experimental at the moment. All areas will be considered, including Waterford, as soon as we have the experience. Mr. Deasy Mr. Deasy Mr. Deasy: How soon?
