Mr. Begley asked the Minister for Agriculture the reason for the delay in the payment of a farm modernisation grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry. Minister for Agriculture (Mr. MacSharry) Ray MacSharry Minister for Agriculture (Mr. MacSharry): The applicant is classified as a development farmer and is therefore required to keep farm accounts for each year of his plan.
