Written Answers. - Kildare Vocational School Extension.

285. Mr. Bermingham asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding the proposed extension to Kildare vocational school.

Minister for Education (Mr. Wilson): Enrolments in Kildare town vocational school have been decreasing over the past few years and accordingly the planning of an extension to the school has not been proceeded with. The matter of the need for such an extension at a future date is, however, being kept under review.

The classroom accommodation currently available to the school is adequate for the enrolment.
